BNB DIGITAL publishes and operates a digital platform connecting owners and managers of short-stay accommodation with independent cleaning service providers, primarily in the Cairns, Palm Cove and Port Douglas region of Queensland, Australia.
BNB DIGITAL does not itself provide cleaning services. It does not employ any service provider and is not a party to any service contract formed between a client and a provider through the platform. Its role is limited to introducing the parties, providing technical tools, and facilitating payment through an authorised payment institution.
All elements comprising the platform — structure, source code, text, graphics, logos, trade marks and databases — are the exclusive property of BNB DIGITAL or licensed to it.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Content published by users — property photographs, descriptions, reviews — remains their property. By publishing it, the user grants BNB DIGITAL a non-exclusive licence to use that content, limited to operating the platform and for the duration of publication.

Any user may report content they consider unlawful by writing to admin@bnbclean.au, specifying the URL concerned, the nature of the content and the grounds for the report.
