Terms of Service — Clients

Version 2026-09-20 · in force from 2026-09-20

Effective from 20 September 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the BNB CLEAN platform, published by BNB DIGITAL, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered office at 23 avenue de Verdun, 93150 Le Blanc-Mesnil, France, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 109 183 467 (the "Platform" or "we").

They apply to anyone using the Platform to find, book or pay for a cleaning service (the "Client").

Registering on the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Our role — key provision

BNB DIGITAL operates a platform that connects people. It is not a cleaning services provider.

Accordingly:

3. Registration and account

Registration is open to individuals aged 18 or over and to legal entities acting through an authorised representative.

The Client warrants that the information provided is accurate and undertakes to keep it up to date. The Client is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account.

The Client may request deletion of their account at any time by writing to admin@bnbclean.au. The request is processed within one month.

4. Booking a job

4.1 Request

The Client describes the service required: property address, type of service, date, estimated duration and any relevant instructions. Applicable rates are displayed before confirmation.

4.2 Formation of the contract

The request is published to available Providers. The service contract is formed when a Provider is assigned to the job and the Client is notified.

4.3 Two-person jobs

Some services are performed by two Providers (DUO option). In that case a contract is formed with each of them, for their respective part.

4.4 Accuracy of information

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of information about the property, including its floor area, condition and access arrangements. A materially inaccurate description may justify an adjustment to the rate or cancellation of the job by the Provider.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 Rates

Rates are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD) and displayed before confirmation. They comprise the Provider's remuneration and BNB DIGITAL's commission.

5.2 Payment

Payment is made online at the time of booking, through Stripe, an authorised payment institution.

Stripe collects the Client's payment, transfers to each Provider the amount due to them and retains BNB DIGITAL's commission. Funds pass through BNB DIGITAL's Stripe balance solely for the purpose of that distribution; they are never held on the company's own bank account.

5.3 Invoicing

An invoice is made available to the Client in their account after each job.

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1 Cancellation by the Client

Time of cancellation Refund to Client
More than 24 hours before the scheduled time 100%
24 hours or less before the scheduled time 75%

Where cancellation occurs within twenty-four hours of the job, a 25% fee applies. It is allocated as follows: 15% is paid to the Provider in compensation for the reserved time slot, with the balance covering the Platform's processing costs.

6.2 Job not taken up

If no Provider has accepted the job within four hours of the scheduled time, the job is cancelled and the Client receives a full refund.

6.3 Two-person job not filled

Where a job was booked as a DUO and no second Provider has been found within twelve hours of the scheduled time, the job is converted to a single-provider job.

The Client is notified and 50% of the amount is refunded, since the service will now be performed by one Provider only. The job budget is reduced accordingly and the sole Provider is paid on that basis.

6.4 Cancellation by the Provider

If a Provider cancels, the Platform will endeavour to find a replacement. Failing that, the Client receives a full refund.

6.5 Refund timing

Refunds are processed by Stripe and credited according to the Client's bank's own timeframes, generally within five to ten business days.

7. Client obligations

The Client undertakes to:

8. Complaints

Any complaint about a service must be sent to admin@bnbclean.au within forty-eight hours of the job, together with any supporting evidence, including photographs.

BNB DIGITAL may offer to mediate between Client and Provider, without this constituting any admission of liability on its part.

9. Liability

BNB DIGITAL owes an obligation of means in respect of the proper functioning of the Platform.

It cannot be held liable for:

To the extent permitted by law, BNB DIGITAL's total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the commission it received on the job giving rise to that claim. It is in no event liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Providers declare that they hold professional public liability insurance covering their activity. BNB DIGITAL does not verify this insurance and makes no representation as to its existence or scope. Clients are invited to request evidence of it from the Provider before the service if they consider it necessary.

Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9 bis. Indemnity

The Client indemnifies BNB DIGITAL against any claim, loss or cost arising from their breach of these terms or from misuse of the Platform.

9 ter. Reviews and ratings

The Client may publish a review and rating of the Provider who carried out a job.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience, and must not be defamatory, misleading, abusive or discriminatory. They must contain no personal data relating to third parties.

BNB DIGITAL reserves the right to remove any review breaching these rules, without such removal amounting to endorsement or rejection of other published reviews. It does not warrant the accuracy of reviews, which express the opinions of their authors.

10. Suspension and termination

BNB DIGITAL may suspend or close an account in the event of breach of these terms, fraudulent conduct, or conduct endangering the safety of persons or of the Platform.

The Client has a right of reply and may contest the measure by writing to admin@bnbclean.au.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

BNB DIGITAL may amend these terms. Any material change will be notified at least fifteen days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, BNB DIGITAL being a French company with its registered office in France.

Express reservation. Nothing in these terms deprives the Client of the mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of residence, including, for Clients located in Australia:

Where any provision of these terms conflicts with a mandatory rule applicable to the Client, that rule prevails, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts within the jurisdiction of BNB DIGITAL's registered office shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the Client's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile where a mandatory rule so permits.

Annex — Transition from previous terms

Until 20 September 2026, the BNB CLEAN platform was operated by Riyad Piarroux, sole trader, ABN 68 502 292 530, under the law of Queensland.

It is now operated by BNB DIGITAL, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 109 183 467, whose President is Mr Riyad Edim PIARROUX.

This change of operator does not affect continuity of service. These terms replace the previous terms in their entirety from the date of their acceptance.
